It seems certain destructive agencies like ISI may be behind
this act, just to incite the peoples feelings and motivate them
for senseless voilence. Some political parties may also be
mute voter to such developments which are not good for India.

It is a sad state when we blame ISI for everything. Why don't we accept that we have traitors or misled people including amongst our own countrymen. Be they in politics or elsewhere.

Like destroying a statue can destroy peace.

It's more than a statue, it's more than a symbol, it's more than any particular thing; peace is what happens when nothing is happening. Some people aren't ever at peace- taking their toment out on others.

This is all I can say, and since I am an American, I will most likely not be taken honestly.

The Police have caught a chap called Arun Valmiki ( a scavenger ) who has confessed that in drunken state he has beheaded the statue.
For every tragedy we need not blame the ISI.A lot of mischief mongers are thriving in India, even without their help.
