As logs go to one when the numbers become really small (I assume you're writing 9.00000e-10?) This would be a little bit more than 1, to be more precise x = 1.00000000207233.

I'm not sure this question is phrased correctly.
If you are asking "What is the antilog of X IF LogX = 9.000*10^-10"
then the answer is easy: the antilog of log(x) is just X

So the antilog of x, if log(x) is 9 times 10^-10, is ....
9X10^-10

log x= -1
x=10powers to -1
x=0.1
