to answer your question, you would have to research your history; how was Australia populated by Britons in the first place?
How did the U.S. secede from England? that is the foundation; the fortifications came during the first and second world wars
the Imperial treatment of Aussie units by British commanders slaughtered a lot of Aussie and NewZealanders, esp. at Galipoli; there is much resentment going both ways over this issue
the pretense of friendship extended to Britain via Roosevelt in the second world war caused a lot of resentment toward America; Roosevelt would never have entered the US into the war were it not for Pearl Harbour. Then, after Britain and her allies had been fighting physically for almost a decade, the Americans were forced in and claimed the victory! They still think they contributed equally to WW2!

I have never met a single British person who disliked Australia. I think that's crap. As for America, anti-American sentiment has increased because of Dubya. The US government coerced our weak-willed, spineless PM into joining an illegal war. I also hate America because a lot of them think that criticism of them must be jealousy. Erm, not. It's not just British people that dislike other countries. Why don't you stop having a pop at us?

It is because Britain colonised America and Australia and these countris have grown to be better than them. Its normal for the Master to hate his servant if the servant grows to be greater than him. Dont you think so.

Aussies and Yankies are far better than Britons. I think so.
