Is this a joke? The answer is a lot of friction if it goes on over a period of time. If the Catholic doesn't convert, the Mormon church will pressure the non-Catholic to divorce by stating they have plenty of people in the opposite situation in their church for him to hook up with. So much for a family oriented church - instigating divorce and breaking up families!
