Get some spyware remover
go to http://www.download.com

And search for spyware remover software and download a good spyware remover.
Get a good antivirus for example AVG antivirus that you can download for free here :-

After downloading these softwares :- Spyware and Antivirus
disconnect your internet and scan your computer till its done.
Then remove the necessary spyware or virus found and rescan again to make sure.

Pls : Careful when you go to certain websites and make sure you dont leave your browser open too long on unsecured website especially porn website or crack downloads or serial finders. Spywares tend to get installed in ur pc automatically so dont leave ur browser open too long when you visit these websites.

find and download the following free and reliable programs:
1. Spybot Search and Destroy ~ anti spy ware
2. Adaware ~ anti ad ware

Install these and follow directions. you have ad ware and/or spy ware. one or both of these programs will find and fix the problem.

also find and install AVG Free ~ free anti virus (kinda like Norton but better and free). you can probably find all 3 of these programs at http://www.download.com a trusted and reliable site.

be aware most adware, spyware, and viruses come from porn sites. sure you can pick them up through email and other sites, but porn sites are infamous for viruses. and the kinkier the site the more chance of viruses.

If you havent already, try scanning for spy/ad ware. Possibly deleting your cookies/temp files/history may help as well. I would probably say its spyware though.
