well....Piczo question....so,how to put a page into a page but to not show on 'my pages'?

Weeeeeeeeeellll..........I have a piczo site and I want to put a new page into a page....ahm...but to not show in 'my pages' menu....and to link from the page direct to the another page,but not from 'my pages' ..... oh,hope you understand........:-<
