What is the location of the "Casino Royale" James Bond Movies "Lake Scene?"?

This is where you see him recovering on an outdoor lounge area towards the end. I also believe this is the same place as the lake in Star Wars Episode 5 "The Clone Wars" at the ending.

I can only assume that it's in Montenegro, thats where a lot of the film was made.
