guy at work is proper strange.. is about 40 lives at home with his mum and talks about his dog all the time to me.. now im not being tight but he comes and stands at my desk just staring and going on about this flippin dog.. i try to ignore him and act busy but he just stands there giving me the creeps, then to top it off this morning (saturday) knowing im the only one in the office he has come in with the dog!! i say what you doing here and he goes oh ive come to fill a holiday form in for tuesday!! i said could you not have done that monday? to which he says oh i needed to get something from the workshop aswell.. just spoke to one of my lads in there who said yeah he came in and put something in the rubbish!! would you say this is stalker alert or what???

There's a geezer a bit like this where I work. He follows me into the work room and, even though I'm acting busy, he talks at me about how drunk he gets. He's got to be in his late forties but he must think like a teenager, expecting to impress girls with that kind of conversation.
Anyway, I digress, my point was going to be that yes, the bloke in your office is a f~~~~~g freak. Try ignoring him even more pointedly - the bloke at my work seems to be taking the hint a bit now after monsyllabic responses for over a month. He's obviously lonely and fancies you and is looking for a way to talk to you, but dammit,if he's coming into work on a Saturday just to show you the bloody dog, you'd better watch out. Jeez, there are some losers out there!

Theres a bloke who goes drinking round the locals`.
Its quite sad really, spot the body swervers Indeed... Basically, he`s very boring, he`s not so attractive(well not 2 me), but lets face it a stunner can have nothing in common with onezself butt the view 4 some part makes up.
I suggest you say, "I`m allergic to dogs",(even if u got 1).
When he initiates a chat, treat further conversation with ans "no........does nowt 4 me."
You`ll probably eventually get to the point, when, you will tell him to p*****f!
and it will work

I would say he has a crush and does not know how to tell you. Maybe you should mention to him about your boyfriend if you have one or talk to him about some made up guy you are seeing and he might stop. He sounds like he is just inmature and does not have a lot of practice in the dating field.

Because this is happening at your work place, you should contact the Human Resources department and your boss. Explain that you dislike the behavior of this individual and leave it to them to handle it. If you are a generous person, you might consider telling him that is what you plan to do if he doesn't leave you alone.

Maybe he just fancies you but can't find the courage to ask you! The next time you speak to him start saying "my boyfriend bought me a lovely bangle" or "I'm going out with my boyfriend tonight" etc
