The only way that one can work abroad is if you can show qualifications and can show you have money in the bank to support yourself if needed.
Do look at the internet and see what jobs are going and write to the employers of jobs that you would feel confident in doing. If you are able to study more too and obtain paper qualifications which they seem to want here more than anthing else, then that would also be an answer

working abroad does not solve your problem , i mean you can earn a great deal , but it won't be as colourfull as you think it is .Yes an overseas exp can take you places .Just try and look for some good companies which need people who can take up driving and multi tasking work , but be careful , while moving to Gulf it not easy to get a desent house , make sure you dont end up paying for your ticket and visa .Just try and look for a good recruitment company who can help you out .

My good friend, you are qualified. qualification is all about experience and confidence. apply online and see if you will have access to travel out. you can get something.
