It's very subjective as the size of the firm may influence the command of your salary.
If the firm size of the like Leo's & Sach's may be you may get between 6-7k. Likelihood it will be slightly more if you have experience perhaps reaching to 10k and above with perks.
Smaller firms doesn't command as much but you may expect about 5k region, but that doesn't really potraying the actual market rate.
Get a recruitment agency or head hunter to look around for you. That's a more reliable source for specific jobs or assignments.

Most Probably around RM6k to RM10k. It's depends on the scale of advertising company you're joining.

u are a director in accounts so u should demand more than 10k..but in an advertising company, i dont think they can afford to pay u that much

If 5-10yrs of experience, u can expect US 5,000 per month (Malaysian Ringgit 18,000.00) per month). U can live your life like a Queen here for that amount of money.
