They all fart since the digestion process produces gas.

the only animal I ever heard of that cannot fart is a seagull, when I was a kid, back in the 80's I saw some boys throw alka-seltzer in the air at the beach, The seagulls swooped down and snatched them out of the air and would eat it and then pop and die. Mean people did this alot, You heard about it all the time, but I only saw it once and it was very sad. some boys did it on the beach in N.C. while I was there on vacation.which I thought was repulsive, but some people have no soul, we where told by a teacher that the reason that the birds popped (they didnt pop apart, they would expand and alot of their feathers would come out and then they would just drop out of the sky) was because they had no way of expelling gas, in other words seagulls cannot fart.

All animals with a digestive system of our type-----gullet, stomach, intestinal tract produce waste gases as part of their digestive process and hence, fart.
It's not noticeable in the case of many animals because they are well bred.
