The most important thing to get a job is to have "Confidence" in yourself that you will get a job...........

Then you have to make an effort to get a job..............whether you will get that job or not is secondary.......but your efforts will never be wasted

Nothing comes easy in life........the same goes with getting a job too

In order to fight this difficult task of not getting a job you have to prepare in advance for your Interviews and other stuffs..........by which you will be able to overcome the task

Many job seeking candidates complain that they are well educated and have better talents then others.........but still are not able to get a job..........why?.........have you thought about it?.......does that mean companies no longer need a highly skilled employee?...........these are the questions that goes on in everyone's mind.......The answer to it is that the candidate was unable to sell himself properly..........let me make it clear for you.........Imagine that you are going to a market to buy vegetables..........there are many shops but in one particular shop the crowd will be more.......because he is able to present his skill very neatly in selling the vegetables...............there you go.....you got answers to all those questions...........be neat and clean while going to an interview.........starting from your clothes, shoes, CV, application form, etc...........

So the first thing is to write a very good RESUME or CV.........and completely be thorough in what you write in your RESUME.........because in interview Questions will be asked from your Resume only..............you must add the skills you possess......for example i just know the Basics of C.......so in computer skills I will write "Basics in C"...........if I write C then they will go deeper into C programming and i will not be able to answer their questions.........so better to be on a safer side

The most important thing is to have a good english communication skill.........if you are not having it no interviewer will be interested in you............this might seem ironic but this is the truth my dear friend.........because i have faced lots of interviews........and have experienced the humiliation of not speaking well

So to gain command on english one must be thorough with grammer...........once you are well versed with it then you can talk very well in english...........But when you start talking in english there is a mamooth task ahead to speak fluently..........which can come only through daily practise........so how do you go about improving your fluenzy?..............get into a silent room with a newspaper...........take your favorite topic in it.......and start reading loudly like a newsreader in a normal english tone and accent.........do this as many time as possible.......over a period of one month you will find a difference in your english speaking skills.......which you can go on improving after getting a Job too.....

Preparation is very important........you need to write and prepare skills that you have mentioned in you RESUME.........visit many job interview technique sites to know what an Interview is like........... www.freshersworld.com ....this site will help you a lot

To get a job you need to do a lot of hardwork.........and preparation..........

Remember..........you might fail even if you have put in a lot of effort............but your efforts are never wasted.......because hardwork is like the stairs, luck is like a lift. Lift may fail sometimes but whatever may be the occassion, stairs will always take you to the TOP..........so give efforts to get a job

All the best.........for your job hunt

1. Design a good officially accepted CV.
2. Write in it what features in you that you are selling over others.
3. Make your objective very brief, clear and to the point as to what you're seeking.
4. Make many photocopies of your CV & write down on a note places where you want to work and go hand your CVs yourself (unless out of your own state, avoid emailing CVs as a shortcut).
