I have a Sony Vaio and one of the kids has knocked the A key off, I have the key but not the mechanism that connects the key to the keyboard, does anyone know where I can get one cheaply without sending the laptop off?
Thanks

I've got a pile of them here. The Vaio is just really cheaply built. I don't even use it any more. I think you will need to send it off as I couldn't get the keys back on. Plug in a normal keyboard if it is causing you problems.

Has the key broken? if so then you will need a new one, but if its ok it should slot back in or if you just press it hard.
