Yes. Just have two sims fall in love and have them both relax on the bed (if you don't control the other sim, you'll have to invite them to join you) and then Try for a baby will be available. If you hear a chime, congrats, she's pregnant!

I think u can because all u do in The Sims part 1 u have to go in the bed.with good attitude or mood .And u cant be hungry.
