I am witness how some people has desided to let the small bird go being so sure that they will catch the big bird on the tree. Will they?

I'll go for whichever lays the bigger egg, and lays it frequently. Investment strategy is indeed complex.

I'm not so sure. Everyone has made a good point that it is better to keep the small birds because if you let it go you might not get the big bird, but if everyone holds onto the small birds that they have there might not be enough to go around, and even if there are, there won't be many left in the trees or in the air. If no one goes for the big birds maybe there will end up being too many. It's quite the conundrum. I, too, would not want to get pecked to death either by a small or a big bird so maybe we should just let all of the birds go and duke it out by themselves?

Small bird because I'm sure that I have it.Letting go of the little bird doesn't sound like a good idea to me.You can't know for sure if you're going to catch the big bird so you can loose both of them. It's much safer and easy to keep the little bird.

The proverb "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" is a metaphoric expression meaning that it is better to settle with what you have rather than risk losing everything by attempting to gain more.

Some will lose, and some will gain. Depends on if they are prepared, if the stars are right, etc.

A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush!!! What you actually have is better than wishing for something and not being able to get it. Don't covet what someone else has that you can't have!!!

i would let the small bird go, since it probably wasn't very comfortable, and then i would leave the large bird alone, since it could attack me if it gets territorial. then i would wonder how i ended up with a small bird in my hand anyways...
