Not Blair so much--I would consider him an unindicted co-conspirator.

Shrub, flat out.

If there was true evidence of Perjury then yes they should.
International law is built on a premise that no one is above the law. Problem is Proof. Is there Evidence? Enough to convict? I would doubt you could prove it beyond the shadow of a doubt.
Unfortunatly in todays world, whoever wins the war gets to make the policy and law. It may not seem right but that is how it usually works. Superpowers have super power.

yes they should.
but it's very doubtful any1 can make it stick on Bush, he had the foresight 2 have unsigned and back out of the accords listed below.
B'liar, however wasn't as shifty.
he could well in time face an international court over his reasons given 2 us the people of the UK, 4 his part in the invasion of Iraq.
4 america it was predominately over Regime Change, here in the UK that would not have been considered sufficient, let alone lawful!
Link below the backed out accords, explains adequately that B'Liar broke International Law.

BUT B4 U ALL START A BACKLASH.
I SUPPORT OUR TROOPS, BUT NOT THE CAUSE!

No.
I don't support the war, I don't really care about Blair, and I really don't like Bush, but you can't hold them singulairly accountable. Presumably they didn't draw up their own intelligence reports, etc. (seeing as they've demonstrated a distinct lack of intelligence). You can't hold one man accountable for the actions of a nation either.
Also, even the most extreme antiwar sites don't put the death toll into the 'hundreds of thousands'. No need to make up numbers, it's bad enough as is.

nope think they did what they thought was best but unfortunately they didn't take in to consideration that Iraq needed Saddam to keep it under control as we are seeing hard love maybe but didn't agree with the way he did it but thought the decent people would have stood and been counted by now why are they doing this killing their own people ...cant blame bush or Blair or the other countless countries who we have forgotten who agreed that it was the right decision at the time we live and learn unfortunately depends on the teacher ..

Yeah!! Bring it on!!! Not only for perjury, but the slaughter of thousands of inocent people. Was it not Saddam that did the same thing?? Bush and Blair should be right there in the gallows with him.

This may never happen. However intelligence persons who have given false report causing attack on War should not escape punishment for causing death of Iraqi people but also their own country men. Iraqi people must acknowledge that protest against invasion of Iraq was through out the world.

Well if Saddam Hussein can be sentenced to death for serving his country with a iron hand which all the U.S and NATO forces are unable to do then Bush and Blair deserve a harsher sentence than Saddam
