Maybe this help you. I have as follows.
3 - 75 gallon fish tanks
2 - 125 gallon fish tanks 1 salt 1 fresh
4 - 55 gallon 2 salt 1 fresh 1 brackish
6 - 10 gallon all fresh
Roughly including electricity keep in mind the salt water tanks use more electricity and the size of my tanks it roughly cost me a month about $140.00. Do not over crowd your tank and run a good filteration set up and you can go a month with out a water change. I use pool filters to filter my tanks. They are plumbed through the floor into the basement where there are three filters each rated for 1,000 gallons an hour. When I set up my first 75 gallon fresh water tank it was only costing me about $20.00 a month if that. The first intital investment into chemicals and such are basically twice a year if that. Hope this helps.

Not that much, atleast for me.

You should do 25% water changes weekly. So if you pay for water you would have to take that into consideration.

You need a water conditioner. It's about $6.50

Depending on the fish you have, some people put in non-iodized salt which costs about $4 for freshwater.

You need a water testing kit but you won't need to purchase those every month. I believe a Master Kit runs about $20-$25. That will be good for several months.

Fish food which costly between $5-$10.

And possibly some misc things like if your fish gets sick or if your PH or ammonia gets to high.

I would say around $25-$30 and that's not including water if you have to pay for it.
