I would like to know how share market operate and as a new beginner what are the aeras where I have to be more careful before investing?

Start with a site like investopedia.com or thestreet.com.

Before investing do your homewrok. Read, study, as much as you can! Stock markets work on the basis of providing a framework where those who want to sell aned those who want to buy come together and do their transactions. Due to changing factors, and continous instability of people's opinions and surrounding circumstances, prices always fluctuate. So you need to be careful not to lose money ;)
