Yes. I have one that stays up until 4am screaming at her kids all night. She's got a collection of empty whiskey bottles outside. Classy!

My neighbors are pretty cool. I can't complain especially when she lets me come over when she doesn't feel like being alone.

They're not bad. I'd be afraid if I got rid of one of them, someone worse would take their place. So I'll stay with the ones I have.
