PSP exportation prohibition?

on the back of the psp box , it says something like "the export of , business or commercial use, renting is prohibited to the extent of the law? what does this mean? what if i want to ship it as a gift?

That means you should not send it out of the country, rent it, or use it for some other type of business. Other than that you can sell it or give it away.
