I have a few guesses...people don't care about people on much of a personal level if at all when they first meet so hey, if someone they meet is an alcoholic to each their own. But once they get together and feelings grow, naturally you're going to want that person to be a little more careful.
Also, I don't know if it would be drinking so much but I know some girls can get jealous when their boyfriends go out with the boys. It's not that he drinks but its more of an attention, jealousy or trust issue.

It is obvious that if the girls meets a guy in a bar, she must also be drinking. But after they become 'couple' she gets mad if he drinks, cause she also wants to join him

I feel you bro... But yeah, girls sometimes have this "idea" of someone in their heads. Yeah, they met you and they like you, but they must like this idea of you more. And they are in love with the idea. The idea that quits drinking and smoking and never forgets anniversaries. Just talk to her and make it up with her. If you're just drinking moderately, then perhaps you can drink together. If you're drinking like there's no tomorrow, then you should really go to AA.

it's quite simple, jealousy.
She's afraid the guy might meet another girl the same way.
Although, if she trusts him, she shouldn't have a problem.
