Hey gourav...u have asked this q in pregnancy!!...any way it happens!!
Why do u want to left it?..Its nice to masturbate!!
Everyone masturbates b4 marriage..or some continue it after marriage also.
It is totally HARMLESS..till u do that thing leaving ur studies or ur daily routine.
Even I do also masturbate 1ce a day from last 14-15 yrs.I didnt got any single sexual problem till now. I am very much happy doing that.
Dont get missery in ur mind about Masturbation..it is a gift from nature to controll our sex emotions.
So..dont get tensed...continue it as it is...MASTURBATION CAN NOT BE STOPPED!!

That is perfectly normal. No need to worry and don't get carried away by the advertisements from Quacks.
Masturbation is troublesome only if you do after marriage or in preference to "normal" sex with a member of opposite sex

You can only avoid it.
Go for a walk.
Stay in the public.
Read a book, classic adventures without sexual over tones.
If you believe in prayers, do it.

well i forgot to give u an information that watch india tv @ 1.00 am midnight from mon-fri theres a live talk show abt sexual programme u can contact it .and on zee gujarati 11.00 pm every friday one sexologist comes to solve ppls probs its again a live show u can call them and can resolve ur probs.
