Putin is definitely heading into grey waters with his recent returns from the past with the alleged assasination of former KGB spy Alexander Litvinenko, and post mortem resluts showing radioactive material in both the bodies of Mr. Litivenenko and in the body of another man, Mario Scaramella who met for lunch with Mr. Litvinenko on Nov. 1st, the day he first fell ill. Further to this, with yet another alleged assasination of Russian Journalist Anna Politkovskaya. This all becomes route with the fact that Mr. Putin has declared he has no intention to run for a third period. This could result in a New, Fresh Face being shown for Russia, giving the appearance of a new start and complete resolution of all ongoing disoutes / dislikes over western society, and a more open Russia. This could also lead to his "new" person being someone who will do what he is told, and we still may have a governemtn there controlled by Alexander Putin. Several opinions have been put forawrd over the last few months, with two stand outs, being Mikhail Fradkov or Sergey Ivanov, both being close allies who are trusted and respected bu Putin.
