Lost Administrator Password. (Windows XP)
First reboot Windows XP in safe mode by re-starting the computer and pressing F8 repeated as the computer starts up. Then (in safe mode) click Start and then click Run. In the open box type "control userpasswords2" without the quotes - I have just used quotes to differentiate what you have to type.
You will now have access to all the user accounts, including the administrators account and will be able to reset the lost password.
Just click the administrators user account, and then click Reset Password.
You will need to add a new password in the New password and the Confirm new password boxes, and confirm by clicking OK.
All done, you have recovered the lost adminitrators password!

Say bye bye lappy.
No password...no access
Unless it is the silly Window password...you can bypass that one by ignoring it.
But if you have set some security settings for users, you won't be able to access everything.
Now...how about remembering that password?...
Or are you trying to break into someone else computer?

i think you should take it to a PC technician , he may be able to fix your problem , but you should bring your proof of purchase with you . you never know cuz some of them need proof to know its your property .
or you can reboot as dead kelly said IF IT IS A NORMAL WINDOWS PASWORD .

Don't think that'll really help. You should call your help desk. Or if you mean like resetting it to it's original setting... that could probably work.
