Justice League easily.
Scarlet Witch/Zatanna- Marvel's only easy win. Wanda is more powerful and doesnt need to speak.
Superman/Thor - very close battle, could go either way but I'll take Supes, with the superior speed, heat vision etc.
Batman/Cap - close battle (draw)
HawkEye/Green Arrow- close battle (draw)
Wonder Woman/Wonder man - close battle, but Wonder Woman with her magic Lasso, wisdom and battle skill of Athena etc.
Quicksilver/Flash - hopeless mismatch, the Flash wins before Pietro knows what happened.
Wasp/Atom - HUGE mismatch (no pun intended)
The Atom can shrink small enough to go inside Janet's ear and use her own favorite tactic against her! He can shink down enough to go inside her Wasps sting (and since Ray Palmer is a scientist on the Reed Richards level, rewire it to feedback if she tries to activate) He can even shrink to the molecular level, Jan can only go down to inch-sized.
With Iron Man/Vision/Giant Man vs Manhunter/Green Lantern/Aquaman, there's only one possible Marvel victory, and even that one is dicey- Aquaman might get Hank Pym near some water then take out his knees and drown him, he's certainly strong enough. It's a weird matchup, since it's not Namor vs Aquaman but I'll give Giant-Man the edge on dry land.
If you match Aquaman against one of the others he probably loses, but then there's NO chance for the Avengers in the remaining two matches. GL and ManHunter are really in the Superman/Thor cateory, while Vision and Iron man aren't. Both Iron man's armor and Vision's android body get damaged when subjected to too much kinetic energy, whether it's physical, explosive, electrical or whatever. And once damaged, they lose abilities and need repair in order to fight effectively. Heroes with innate abilities can push themselves past the pain and will themselves to win, but mechanical systems when damaged just don't work. Doesn't matter how much Tony wants to fire that repulsor ray if the circuits are fried. J'onn has telepathy (useless vs vision but handles Iron Man easily) and can match the vision's intangibility, is stronger than both viz and iron man combined, so he wins vs either one. GL- unlimited power, more on par with the Silver Surfer- he wins vs either one.
So you've got a few battles that are dead-even, but almost every mismatch favors the Justice League. Only Wanda gets a sure victory.

Batman edges out C.America because of his utility belt. Even though Superman ' vulnerable to magic the enormity of his powers gives him the edge on Thor. The Flash blows Quicksilver out of the water. Scarlet Witch kills Zatana. The Atom beats the Wasp(she gets stronger as she gets smaller but the Atom can go subatomic and pinch of a blood vessel). Hawkeye beats Green Arrow once they run out of arrows because he was trained by Cap and is a better fighter. The Vision and M.Manhunter is a tie(intangibility and telepathy wont work on an android). Giant Man beats Aquaman. Wonder Women beats W.Man because hes soft. Given time to prepare Iron Man is smart enough to come up with a way to beat Green Lantern but it would be a struggle. So the final tally is Avengers 4 JLA5 Even 1.

The Hulk and on and off Avenger and Ally especially world breaker is too much for any one on the Justice League only Doomsday could match Hulk's Strength. Superman just edged out win in Marvel vs DC and that was against Banner Hulk the very weakest of Hulks versions so Hulk especially the World War Version would demolish the Justice League even Red Hulk would do this easily.

superman vs thor superman is vulnerble to magic so the edge would be in thor's corner because they are both strong and with the spin of his hammer could deflect supermans heat vision
batman vs captain america fighting skills are equal, batman has more gadgets but captain america strength, peak human reflexes and speed. this would be a draw.
flash vs quicksilver. not even a competion flash has the speed force. so flash wins
atom vs wasp. wasp would because of the stingers.
zantanna vs scarlet witch another no brainer scarlet witch is argueble the most powerful mutant in the marvel universe not to mention zantanna has to speak her spells.
wonder man vs wonder woman. i give the edge to wonder woman they both are strong, but wonder woman is faster, plus the lasso.
hawkeye vs green arrow this a draw
vision vs manhunter manhunter would win transform and rip vision apart. they can control their density
so that leaves iron man and aquaman. if the fight was in water then aquaman otherwise iron man would win.
so the avengers would win but it would be a close fight.

Superman would beat Thor over an over because he is at least ten times faster and has so many more abilities.
Zatanna would be killed by Scarlet Witch near instantly, sorry.
Batman versus Cap would probably be Bats. He can always find a way out of any problem.
Wonder Woman versus Wonder Man, Wonder Woman all the way. Sure that would be a long fight but Wonder Woman is so much stronger if you think about it.
Flash versus Quicksilver, Flash has already beat Quicksilver four times before he has even started running.
Hawkeye versus Green Arrow, probably Green Arrow. Sure Hawkeye was trained by SHIELD. Green Arrow took a whole drug cartel down single handedly. And he even had a stent with the League of Assassins.
Martian Manhunter versus Vision, would probably be a draw. These guys would fight but they would probably figure out they are to similar and would try to talk the others out of fighting.
Atom versus Wasp, Atom could shrink down small enough to get in her body and then grow back full size inside of her killing her.
Green Lantern versus Iron Man, sure Tony is smart but his tech don t have nothing on the power of Greeny s ring. Green Lantern!!!
Aquaman versus Giant Man is too mismatched, if Aquaman somehow got yhim near water he wins, if he cant he loses. Im gonna have to call draw.

The Avengers is a fluid team that changes according to their adversaries, so they would go into the fight knowing the weakness of each of the JLA and would bring the appropriate members. Superman vs Thor would be Thor all the way. Thor is a GOD! And Batman vs Captain America, let's see, Cap has super human strength, super human reflexes and that shield, Batman has his belt. Easy win for Captain America. Heck, SPIDERMAN could waste Batman.

It'd be a standstill. Both these superhero teams are the best at what they do. But the advantage I give it to the Avengers because of one man: Sentry. He ripped Carnage in half in outer space. It's GAME OVER for the JL.

if you leave out the other 9 JLA member and just have superman go against the 10 avengers, they might give him a bit of trouble, but he would eventually take them all down.. but 10 on 10 is overkill... avengers dont stand a chance period... marvel is always outclassed by DC in the power department...

Avengers without new member 'Sentry' wont stand a chance. Otherwise it would be a really tough battle.
