Start a website. Make people pay to watch them,but because of a lot of different websites like youtube, limewire and such, you might not make a profit.
But if you mean like DVD format..by the not legal way...I have no idea.
But if your talking about your own tv shows...like ones you've made..I also have no idea.
Maybe you should add some details to your question.

We need to know a little more about what you want to do.
if you are talking about redistributing programs from cable you need a tv tuner card and a card with a tv input.
