Advantages: quick info at your finger tips, quick notes, convinient to carry from class to class, you don't need a new computer for every single class like notebooks/folders.
Disadvantages: Can be a distraction to not pay attention, the easy ability to be stolen, technology can always fail and you can lose all work if files are not backed up on a regular basis

Advantages is - Insted of Carrying a huge book it's very simple to carry a Laptop and it give a lot of Knowledge too... Disadvantage is it may leads to misuse of technology in terms of viewing unnecessary things !

Advantage: Makes for super easy, fast, and organized notes.
Disadvantage: Having a laptop at school (chance of it being stolen, lost, or damaged)
-Hard to keep up when writing equations in math or science courses
-Distraction, both for you and those around you. (IMs, solitaire, whatever)

it could be easy stolen... since its really portable.
