I went bowling with my husband and a bunch of friends last night for a friend's birthday. I bowled five games with a 14 lb. ball. I felt fine the entire time, other than my wrist started to get weak and tired. (That's a given.) I felt like my stomach was stretching at one point a little bit (the muscles) but it didn't hurt.

I got home about three hours ago and went to bed two hours ago. I slept for a couple and I just woke up.

I am very nauseated and my stomach "hurts". I feel very sore - even my hips and upper legs, which never happens to me after bowling.

I'm really worried that I may have hurt the baby... She seems to be wiggling away, but I'm scared. Any input?

(If you are going to say something ignorant, please don't bother, I'm really concerned as it took me nearly a year of fertility treatments to get pregnant...)

I bowled with my kiddos and they are fine. Since your around 24 weeks, it could very well be ligaments and stuff stretching. You've never bowled pregnant before, its definately not like bowling when you arent preggo. As long as your little one is wiggling around normally I wouldn't be too worried.
I would have used a lighter ball, but thats just me. Congrats on your little one. I hope the rest of your pregnancy is easy.

Pregnancy is full of aches and pains. If you're hurting it's going to be you and not the baby. I'm just a little further along than you and sometimes the most normal things hurt. A few weeks ago I chased after a toddler in a store and really hurt myself (no I didn't fall, but the running even for a few seconds did a number on my bones). Anyway I'm sure your baby is fine. People even fall flat on their bellies and it almost never hurts the baby. If you start bleeding or cramping or getting more contractions you should call the doctor but really I would be almost positive everything is fine. These aches and pains and soreness will only get worse as pregnancy progresses, though. It's very normal (but frustrating).

I don't mean this in a smart-*** way, but:

If you are so concerned and have such an investment of time, money, emotion, attachment, etc., why are you asking this here instead of calling your doctor?

GO TO THE HOSPITAL NOW! It is better to be safe than sorry. You should NEVER do things to over exert yourself while you are pregnant, no matter how good you might feel there is always an after affect
