Unfortunatley, there's nothing that you can do to make sure you have a boy. Infact, all fetuses are initailly female, your body releases a hormone at some stage in the pregnancy that causes the sex to change. You can try gender selective procedures but they are not 100% effective. If you're superstitous, I've heard that doggy style breeds boys (however it only works 50% of the time! jk!) Good luck!

From the several fertility books that i have read through, in order for higher chances of getting a boy, is to have sex the day right before or during ovulation. Because they have determined that male sperm are stronger than female sperm and can get through the obstacles faster than the female can. But if you have sex couple of days before your suppose to ovulate, you have higher chances of a girl, because male sperm die off quicker than female sperm, and give the female sperm a chance to make it through.

The man determines sex...The best is for the man only orgasm only about once every four days if he is under 24. Less often if he is older....I planned to have a boy and then a girl and this worked....

There are no tricks! It is your husband's genes which determine the gender of the baby. Hope you won't be horribly "disappointed" if it is a girl!

If that is more important to you than having a health, happy baby you need not have a boy or girl. I didn't know my baby's sex until I had her, BUT after 34 hours of labor I didn't care what it was I was happy she was alive and it was over. Think about that.

well dear,girls are always best than boys anyways answr is that theres no such food or mdicines available for having baby boy only but theres one way where u have chances to have a baby boy when ur wife fertility days comes u give ur sperms to lab for a wash and there u can remove your X from ur sperms as its difficult to remove all X as there are in millions but chances of having baby boy increases upto 70-80% ,than u can inject those sperm in ur wife .But still result is not alwayas 100% only ur chances increase.

You can't, it's all up to the father. Chromosones. xx +xx is a boy, xy+xx is a girl. Woman always has xx... You can't cheat on this one.

Well I was told that a woman being on bottom when you have sex and with a pillow under your butt during (if you can) and right after. I am sure you can look it up on the net maybe look under mens health thats where I heard that from well my fiance read it and then told me..... good luck
