It sounds to me like someone who is having a moan about not getting what they want and acting like a refugee.
A refugee is a person who, literally, has no rights or bargaining power and is displaced in a country not their own so, of course, they have a complex about their status in the world. These people with a "Refugee Complex" should be grateful for what they have and think what it would be like to really be a refugee!!!!!

It means that things have gotten so bad where you live that you have to leave behind your home and all you have for fear of being killed. Then your house and anything else you have is destroyed and you have nowhere to go back to. You have nothing and you have no place to be.

So you have to go somewhere else where the people may not want you, but you have nowhere else, so you go wherever you can. YOu have no stuff, or not very much, and whatever you did to support yourself is probably gone too.

And yes, refugees are a minority... thankfully.

A refugee is one who is fleeing from things like a war...they flee to camps outside the war zone.

I think Moira S is the only one who gets it. It is an attitude, a mindset, and sometimes a chip on the shoulder of those who feel the world, (meaning the US), owes them something. But this is only my opinion and thanks be to God, I have no first hand knowledge that this is the case, at least not yet.
