I don't think it does... I'm also pregnant and all my doctor said to me was to stay away from caffinated drinks and drinks with high sugar content (like soda) because it can cause kidney infections and kidney stones.

If you are pregnant, you will feel drowsy and vomit like inclination. You will cross over the fixed date of your menses. I don't think that enlarged breast, is the mark of pregnancy. It has nothing to do with pregnacy in the early part of pregnancy, However, when you give birth to your child, nature automatically enlarge your breast size so that child can be fed by mother milk. Caffine has effect of pregnancy. It affects it and very often excessive dose of caffine has negative effect.

Enlarged, tender and painful breasts are a sign of pregnancy. Spend the 10 bucks to get a test.

the enlargement of your breasts are a possibility that you could be pregnant. the caffine, i am unsure on that one.
