If it's the bios password you should remove the Mother Board battery temporarly for let's say 3 minutes. Then you'll put it back, and the BIOS will have been reset.
If it's the Windows 2000/XP password then you cannot do anything about it, but to Format C: (the Windows partition) & then reinstall Windows.

Check this procedure at this site and see if it will do what you want. This is to get access to the computer when you don't have the Windows Password. It is easy to do and works very well.

If you can not pass windows password, reboot your PC, press F8 and choose safe mode.Remove admin password and reboot.If it is in bios, unplug PC find battery jumper, flash bios and this will remove password.
