Weapns of destruction. Guns, gun belts, holsters. Preferably something that actually shots something - like plastic pellets. They will love you for it.
Second choice, bicycles, go-carts - anything that moves them so they can pretend to be racing for the fate of the universe.
Third: If they like sports, then you probably know best.
Do not, please, please... get them underwear.

sorry but i don't know about the age 10 but video games always work! age 13 might like an ipod or PSP. quite expensive but you'll get a good reaction when they open that present! every boy loves video games so you can't go wrong there. movies are good cheaper presents. i recommend accepted. just came out this year and is really funny. maybe a little too much crude humor for a 10 year old but the 13 year old will love it.

Thats 3 boys. A set of twins, and a 13 yr old.
Remote control cars. There are some really cool ones out there.

I would believe that a great gift would be a remote control car or helicopter, robosapien, or a Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, Xbox, Xbox 360, or a Playstation 3.

it depends im thirteen and my brother just turned eleven and we love gaming our mom just rented us a xbox 360 but i wouldnt reccommend buyin that since it is so expensive maybe a game cube or ps2 i dont know it just depends on what they like
