Virgo and Gemini

When Gemini and Virgo come together in a love affair, it's crucial to the survival of the relationship that they take time to learn about one another's approach to life and love -- and remember that both partners' attitudes are worth understanding! Gemini is symbolized by the Twins; they can see both sides of a story, they tend to vacillate between two courses of action and sometimes they can seem as if they have a split personality! This relationship is greatly strengthened when steady Virgo provides one Twin with a steady emotional anchor while allowing the other Twin to flit about at will. Virgo may be a bit too serious and demanding for Gemini, especially if this occurs early in the relationship before Gemini has fully committed. If Virgo just gives it time, things will smooth out.

Virgo and Gemini's approaches to life are seemingly so different that mutual acceptance can be hard to come by -- especially since Virgo tends to be so critical and exacting. Gemini strains against Virgo's ultra-practical stance in the world, and Virgo tires quickly of Gemini's flighty ways. They do have much to teach one another, however. Virgo can help Gemini to be more involved in life and to see the depth of ideas rather than simply the surface. Gemini can help bring fun and excitement into Virgo's life. Both Signs are ruled by the Planet Mercury (Communication). Gemini represents the masculine aspect of Mercury, Virgo the feminine (Mercury itself is androgynous). Virgo wants a dependable partner and therefore uses the penchant for clear communication toward forming the perfect relationship. Gemini is more intellectually focused than Virgo but does have a gift in relating to others. Virgo is an Earth Sign and Gemini is an Air Sign. Virgo is practical, direct and precise. Virgo asks, "How will this help me achieve my goals in life?" while Gemini, who moves through life relying on their mind, doesn't waste time focusing on where they're headed, but rather simply goes where their mind leads. Virgo's fussy, critical nature and Gemini's aloof detachment and capriciousness can cause trouble for both partners. Virgo must understand that Gemini's flirtatious nature does not affect their feelings regarding the relationship, and Gemini must help to foster that understanding through words and deeds. Virgo and Gemini are both Mutable Signs. Both are quite flexible; both are able to adapt to change at a moment's notice. Both can be somewhat wishy-washy, however, Gemini due to their incessant intellectual ruminations and Virgo due to their penchant for analysis rather than action. What's the best aspect of the Gemini-Virgo relationship? The security they can give each other -- once Virgo allows Gemini to commit willingly to the relationship. As long as they communicate with each other and use their Mercury powers effectively, theirs will be a gratifying relationship.
Best Wishes and Good Luck :-)

I'm a Gemini and my crush is a Virgo. We go very well together, and maybe it's because he acts like a Sagittarius, but a Gemini/Virgo relationship can work out if Gemini accepts Virgo's practical approach to life, and Virgo accepts Gemini's chatty, carefree attitude.

Gemini. Pro's: Intellectual, quick-witted, finds original solutions to problems. Con's: Reckless and likes to get together two people they know hate each other and watch the show.

Virgo. Pro's: Practical and down-to-earth. Con's: Perfectionists and health-obsessed (my crush gets 50 different doctor's appointments every week!)

"Virgo + Gemini

Earth + Air = Dust

It’s a funny thing, but even though both of you are ruled by the same planet, Mercury, there are still some very basic but important differences between your star signs. You’ll both sense that you are similar in many ways, but Gemini is not quite as driven by a love of detail and perfection as you.
Gemini has a broad view of things, and finds it hard to get down to the nuts and bolts. They skim the surface, and don’t dive into the detail the way you do. Maybe someone has to change! Perhaps Gemini has to increase their mental focus, or you have to speed up your metabolism and not expect as much deep discussion.
You tend to satisfy the domestic and family needs of Gemini. You give them a safe haven from which to jump into their many activities. You will make them feel anchored, and that they have security and financial stability. Their dual personality means they lack this in themselves, and need to look to someone else to provide it.
There are some other positives connecting you two. Gemini loves light-hearted discussion and humour. They will make you laugh, but only if you let down your guard. You are often a bit too serious, and Gemini will help you break this pattern. If they can do this gently, without offence, you’ll learn to relax and enjoy life more.
In the bedroom, you tend to be conservative — sombre Saturn rules your sexual affairs. Gemini, ruled by Venus, is more sensual and playful. This is probably not going to go down in history as the greatest sexual match, but give it a go. As they say, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Geminis born between 22 May and 1 June are well suited to you as romantic companions. They’ll give you incredibly stimulating conversation and lots of humour. You may also work well with them.
Geminis born between 2 June and 12 June are co-ruled by Venus and Libra: your relationship with them has a material foundation, really. Although money seems to be the name of the game for the two of you, there will also be moments of pleasure in this combination.
Connecting with a Gemini born between 13 June and 21 June means dealing with the complex challenges that Aquarius, their co-ruler, promises. If you’re prepared to hang in there, this combination will bring you fulfilment, but be prepared for some surprises — good and not so good."
