I would not quite use your terminology, but sure this forum attracts the sad and ignorrant person to bring out the worst in them.
It seems an exihibitionist ground for all the lost cases, seemingly rejected everywhere else. Then they come here and do their best to poison everyone else's enjoyment from a possibly interesting discussion.
The only way to deal with it, is not to reply to their postings!

Ignore the dumb ones and put your efforts to answering the good ones from honest people wanting answers or help or understanding.
