A normal gas stove produces a blue flame from a regular LPG & does not leave a black burn under a pot or pan. When the flame became yellow in time, it marked a nasty burn under the pots or pan. These burns are messy to clean & needs a lot of effort & water to remove aside from the cleaning tools to use which we need to re-clean to remove the burns.

First clean out all the orifices of the burners than make a decision, either the cleaning didn't solve the problem or call the gas company, service people, whomever you use. The air gas mixture needs to be adjusted. You may have bumped them or, they've always been on the edge.

Food spillage on the burners reduces air intake for the burners that causes the flame to burn yellow and that is a cold flame Food will take longer to cook and therefor cost more in gas to cook. That in turn then produces soot and the fatal gas carbon monoxide, and if bad enough you will not have to bother about cooking the Crem. will do it for you.
Clean you cooker.

I think the flame turns yellow when the removable "fittings" (I don`t know what they are called) are not sitting on the burner properly. Take them off clean them and make sure they go back on properly. If mine ever aren`t lined up this turns the flame from blue to yellow.

These black marks are soot. This is produced due to improper burn, a rich condition. The probable reason for this is the orfices in which the fuel flows are incorrect. The natural gas orfices are probably still in place, any appliance store or repair place should be able to assist you in this repair

The black burn is from soot, and I think the color of the flame is dependant on the heat.
