A creative environment is an environment that allows for creativity, improvement and standard of living. this kind of environment which makes it easy for you to be creative must be PEACEFUL and COHASIVE, it must provide for all EDUCATIONAL APPARRATUS including human resources, there must be FREEDOM in all ramifications.

Creative people can find creativity in any background...
I honestly believe that creativity is something you are born with and only cultivate later on via spiritual, sensory and tactile experiences...
