We were watching a special on the Heaven's Gate cult and they were talking about how some of the men were castrated. Someone asked if your funzone could still stand at attention.

Castration normally entails the removal of the testes. This results in a hormonal change and subsequently the desire for sex disappears. However, it does not mean that the "funzone" cannot stand to attention. The person is still able to get an erction and can have normal sex (without sperm) if he puts his mind to it. This can also be observed with catrated animals.

castration has two parts. removal of the testicles prevents the hormone production which results in an erection. removal of the penis means he has nothing to come up with. both keeps the fun out of life. also, chemical castration will prevent an erection by preventing the hormone production and works just like removal of the testicals.

if you're just giving up, then you probably ought to be castrated. but, realistically, you could just buy a hooker. as for hating kids, get a vasectomy. we don't need your genes infecting the gene pool -that is to say, the genes of a person who thinks a good solution to cleaning up skeet messes is getting himself castrated. yep. better not risk it. go for it!

Kings used to have this done to the men guarding their harems. They were called Eunichs. (you-nicks).

They do not have anything to "stand at attention." To put it simply, castration is having one's penis removed.
