How do you kill part of the body without killing the whole body, oh and still leave everything in tact and no negative effects? Really figuring out those other things is mere child's play in comparison.
We have actually made some major breakthroughs in the curing of cancer however. There have been discoveries that by stopping the body from producing certain enzymes the cancer cells actually die on.

When creamy peanut butter became chunky it proved our MANKIND is never happy. As with all in life perhaps the answer to curing CANCER is simple so simple we refuse to see?
Or perhaps it keeps the world even regardless CANCER is evil and hurts children and kind people. That thought I ponder more than why we don't have a cure!
With a smile,
Mo
