Hi guys I am 15 this year and I think i have a health problem because everytime I run i will feel really tired and my stomach will always cramp and ache. What is the problem ?

it common when u run too much
if that is not the case then see a doc immediately

if you are running too much, or for too far without getting built up for it, you will get cramps in your legs, and chest. the cramps are telling you to not go so far without building up to it. eating bananas and getting plenty of calcium, such as milk, will help reduce the cramps. long distance running is not easy, and takes a long time to get up to distance. start slow and build up your endurance if you want to be a long distance runner. a slow steady pace is best for building up endurance and to increase stamina for long distances.

too much lactic acid in your system. Also I would suggest stretching before runing. to get rid of the cramps dill pickle juice. it may sound nasty but it works.
