Horoscopes for me are entertainment.
I don't live my life by them, I'm sure others feel the same way.
So why do some people feel the need to "answer" questions here that are only nasty remarks about us?

It's true, Whenever I ask a question I get at least 5 answers that are insulting or telling me astrology is a load crap. Most of the time they tell me not to take it so seriously, even if the question isn't serious at all.They're close-minded & fearful most likely. I'm a Christian and I still believe there is some truth in Astrology. Does that make me some kind of devil-worshipper? No. I'm just keeping an open-mind and learning what I can from it. Most people are frightened of things that others take seriously and that they don't understand or believe themselves. Poking fun at it is just one way for them to deal with it. An immature one I might add.

I think it's because for many people it is a lot more than entertainment and fun. Many people take these things quite seriously, and plan activities based on Cards or Astrology.
The Metaphysical and the Occult are frightening to a lot of people, because they are uninformed, ignorant of the topic or narrow minded.
The best way for these people to deal with their fear and misunderstanding is to poke fun at it, and at the people who practice it. I have been poked fun of for years, even by my family, for reading Tarot Cards and other metaphysical things.
