Yahoo gets my vote.I spend a lot of time with Yahoo.I have some Google capabilities on my browser,but mostly I use my Yahoo search stuff.Google may be a big and important player on the internet,but you can usually find what you are looking for at Yahoo.

I prefer Google as the search is very precise. Google Videos and Images has more than Yahoo.

Yahoo has way better games and community stuff.
Google's search engine is a little cleaner and tighter.
Yahoo has better commercials.
Google has a better reputation.
Yahoo has better contracts with big businesses.
Google has a better advertising affiliate program.
Yahoo was the fastest growth stock in history.
Google was one of the most anticipated IPO's in history.
Yahoo has done a better job diversifying it's services.
Google has google earth (which rocks).
Yahoo isn't going anywhere.

They are both pretty cool to me.

Google is a good search engine, and it is accepted worldwide. And Yahoo is one of the best mail server. Both have their marks and google and yahoo have their own service, which is tremanderous. And now google mail is also available too. There is lot of features in yahoo. So you can't which is best, like you can't say which eye is best of yours.

Depending on the usage and task you need to do.
Organize your self, be part of groups, calendar, email with folders, answers: Yahoo is better.
Maps (Google Earth), advanced search engine, books: Google is better.

I use google, because It seems to be quicker, more accurate, and searches 9,105,590,456 pages on the web. Yahoo searches 6,516,059,094 pages on the web. (That's still a lot of websites). It mostly comes down to a matter of preference.
