You don't say if your horse is a mare or gelding. I am assuming your horse is a gelding. Horses have their pecking order and they will establish their position within the herd. Your Arab may have been "Proud Cut". That means that when they are gelded, they don't pull the cord all the way and cut it, some is left. It will make a gelding act like a stallion. I would get your horse gelded again, as a gelding that "thinks" he's a stallion can be a dangerous horse. A horse's first instinct is to eat, the second is breeding. They can kill you whether it's a mare in season, or in your situation your "Proud Cut" gelding. You must know how to handle a stallion to have one. Otherwise someone could get killed or badly injured.

is your horse a gelding or a stallion. I used to own a standard bred with the same problem. We couldn't work out why this was the problem for quite sometime until we realised that he had never actually come across a mare. He had always been stabled and paddocked with male horses. Try segregating him from the boys and only allow him access to the girls. Im sure that once hes got the idea he'll never go back.

Your horse is not a homosexual... He is most likely just showing his superiority and getting it across to the other horse who is the boss. He is allllllll male if he is bossing the other horses.

have you ever watched a herd of wild horses? both genders mount each other all the time.they begin while still nursing , as foals.. It is a ploy for dominance, and has nothing to do with the sexual act..Mares do it, as much as geldings..Perhaps not as much as stallions, though..lol.. many stallions will mount anything..even cattle.
Speaking of which, have you ever watched a dairy herd? Yep, CONSTANT mounting..Just vying for dominance among the girls..

Get a female horse for it so that it does not have to go after other male horses.

how do you know it's homosexual? you can't compare animal
activities to human ones, they are not the same and don't have the same meanings
