I TELL MARK ALL THIS AND HE SEZ ALL THIS OFFICE BS OF "RENE FEELS A COMFORT LEVEL THAT IS NOT THERE" AND HE AND THEY WILL HANDLE IT
BUT THAT IS NOT MY QUESTION
OKAY THOSE 4 OR 6 WEEKS AGO
I ALSO SAID "RENE IS PROVIDING ME WITH A SEXUALY CHARGED WORK ENVIRONMENT"
RENE USES THE SPANISH WORD "PEN NO CHE" ABOUT MANY OF THE WOMEN BEHIND THEIR BACKS
MARK SAID
"BY SAYING THAT BY LAW WE HAVE TO NOW INVESTIGATE"
HE ASKED SOME DETAILS AND SAID "LET ME GET THRU THIS DAY AND WE WILL HANDLE THIS"
THE NEXT DAY I TOLD MY BOSS (MARLENE)
SHE ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS AND BASICAlLY SAID
"LET ME GET WITH MARK BECAUSE, HE IS OFF"
"YOU ARE OFF TUES AND WED AND WE OR I WILL GET WITH YOU ON THURS"
THIS THURSDAY MEETING NEVER HAPPENED
AND IT HAS BEEN 5+ WEEKS AGO
DON'T THEY LEGALLY HAVE TO GET MY FULL STORY?
HOW CAN THEY BLOW ME OFF???

Yes, they do legally have to investigate your claim. Immediatly contact your boss's boss or your company's HR department and tell them your whole story. If after that there is still no effort made at all by the company, feel free to sue.

If the investigation suggested that the individual was using common jargon, your administrative staff may not have seen the need to debrief you on the situation.
However, to put yourself at ease, you may want to clarify the findings of the investigation with your supervisor.

they do legally have to get yor story, however, if you are someone who is a busybody or annoying all the time, which it seems you maybe they are blowing you off on purpose and maybe hoping the work environment and them blowing you off will get you hot to the point that you just quit and leave them alone.
Also, HAS ANYONE EVRY TOLD ABOUT TYPING IN ALL CAPITALS? IT IS EXTREMELY F**KING ANNOYING TO READ 3 PARAGRAPHS IN ALL CAPS, YOU MORON.
