being an indian married woman i do wear them as a part of custom & ritual but bit confused whether they are (as claimed) having effect over uterine muscles and regulated the menstrual flow.

I think you should take them off when you get in contact with water or soap or other chemicals, so that these substance won't stuck between your skin and your rings. You know bacteria can live in that place and cause disease...

Toe rings can have effect on health...if the toe ring is fake silver and your skin has allergies to fake silver, something can happen.

not unless your wearing them made out of fire or ice.
lol it's fine long as it's white gold...
it won't tarnish bad or anything...
