Won't USA be better if it was ruled by a dictator.
We should ask China and Russia to enforce Communism on USA.
Or better we could crown the Bush family as a royal family and president bush as King Bush for life. After his death his brother can continue and after him his son and so on.

!. Democracy can't really be imposed, a system evolves into a democracy.

2. America is in effect plutocracy under the guise of democracy, and this is what it would impose on others. This why the democratoically elected president Allende of Chile was deposed by a CIA coup, the same thing almost happened to Chavez, and the Palestinian choice, the Hamas isn't recognized. Simply put, America isn't at all interested in real democracy. I remember as a child that our wonderful and democratically elected PM, Mossadegh, was deposed by CIA. It was so long ago that the records are now declassified, so check out for yourself.

One reason would be for international reasons.

It would be the same as if Korea or Iran attmpted to "enforce" their own government on other countries that it could.

Be it Iran, China or U.S.A., be it democracy or a dictatorship, its called an invasion and overthrow of a government. The international repurcussions of such an action would destabalize everything the U.S. has worked for up till now.

Some would argue that thats exactly what the war in IRAQ is, an invasion from the U.S.
But its more a liberation of the former governemtn with the people electing its new government.

America is not enforce democracy in other nation, but but american government have foreign policy that dictates the accesibilities those aids from USgovernment that the country should have full freedom from within....put democracy if america is the lebirator, put business in other country that world bank and international monitary fund involved and dictates interfere the government affairs in other country, best example is THE PHILIPPINES,PUERTO RICO,MEXICO and other country that america had a so called USAID,the best example of the country that american interest cannot enter is VENEZUELA because of the strong stand of HUGO CHAVES and CUBA, take note that this country had a move and threat to america, think the speech of CONDOLEESA RICE IN EUROPE '' THE VENEZUELAN GOVERNMENT HAVE A TREAT TO DEMOCRACY''......AND CONDI RICE was absent in CUBA during world summit leaders was held in HAVANA,CUBA.

Who asked the United States to be the World Police? Was there a vote on systems of government I missed???

We have reached a place of do as I say, not as I do, and we have lost a whole lot of credibility in the world by so doing. We have 0 other nations with us.

Diplomacy has taken a rather serious nose dive under the current administration. It lacks, among other things the support of the American People.

Bush is to diplomacy what Lenny Bruce was to politcal correctness.

He is a flawed man, with flawed help, making bone headed choices that cost families their sons and daughters, and he honestly seems to take this rather lightly.

When Jenna is in a flack vest patroling the streets of Bagdad, I Might listen to what this man has to say....Might.

When you get lied to, again, and again by the same peron, the same entity, you become majorly cautious.

Im well past that.

Summation:

It is not our place to choose for another sovern nation what their government should be.
