If you make a sexual harassment squeal... they "have" to do something about it. If they don't... get a lawyer and sue them both, the guy bothering you, and the company for not doing anything about it.
That makes for a "stress"ful environment. That's worth even more money if you're afraid to go to work because the guys harassment and not appropriate language scares you. Like... maybe you feel that his conduct could lead to stalking you and other things.
You are very stressed out. You can't sleep at night from the stress and worry. You're afraid to come to work. Afraid of the nasty mouthed man. If he would say and do things like that in the work place. Who knows what he might try to do outside it.
If they did investigate... you have a right to know the findings of that investigation. Ask to see it. Get a lawyer if they wont show it to you. (but don't tell them you're going to.)
He does that to you... Maybe he does it to other women at your place? Ask around. A class action litigation will go a lot farther.
But... That's all he does? Just use that word? That doesn't exactly qualify as sexual harassment. Other words? Words you don't understand but he says them the same way he says the one you do understand? Does he make improper gestures? I worked with a guy who would grab his crotch and say things. The guy at your place... He do anything like that?
A few bucks at Radio Shack. Get you one of those digital recorders. You can record as much as 33 hours at a time. Very small. Stick it in a shirt pocket, maybe even your bra. He enjoys no reasonable expectation of privacy in the work place. Get a record of what he says. Make comments into the recorder about what actions he may make (quietly... off to the side. you don't exactly want anyone to know you're doing it. it can come out later if there's a hearing and you can say you recorded out of fear and because your company wouldn't do anything to help you.) (If you do decide to play it for your bosses. Copy it off to a tape before letting them know you have it.) Check your employee handbook to make sure the company hasn't written any policy that would prevent you from being able to have the recorder. If there is one. You need to talk to a lawyer about what you should do. The womens advocacy group in your area should have a list of lawyers anxious to help you.

I believe garwig. My first concept in analyzing this replaced into that if he has touched her in an unwelcome and beside the point way, she could be calling the police, and additionally for the stalking behaviors. specific, the ambience is opposed, yet she could make it quite sparkling to him that this interest is undesirable and unwelcome by asking him directly to end. If she has in no way instructed him to end, then the regulation does no longer evaluate it to be a opposed environment, unhappy to declare. once you're saying that her corporation is totally conscious of this occasion, who, precisely, knows? The Human components branch? Her prompt supervisor? the ideal boss on the area? She desires to take this as severe up as she in all probability can, besides the fact that if it relatively is the HR branch, the corporate place of work, or the owner.

why is there always someone at the work place spending their time watching what time others are coming and going? If you are doing your work you should'nt have time to watch and time your co-workers. If you do not like his comments about other people, ask him to stop. I do not know what the terms he is using means, but it is simple enough to tell him that you do not wish to hear such comments and you find it offensive. If it continues then you should keep track of the dates etc.. and make a complaint in writing. It is usually taken more serious when it is in writing and make sure to date it and keep a copy.

It seems they just did. Go back to your boss and press your issue about this person who is creating the problem for you. Also have you personally had problems with this Rene person in terms of his saying sexually explicit things to you? IF so get moving on this don't let you bosses "blow you off" about this it's wrong and they need to take some kind of action.

Perhaps you should keep a written record of the events and study your State and local laws dealing with sexual harassment. People will listen if you speak with knowledge.
