I CHATTED MY ONE BOSS (MARK) ABOUT THIS LAZY GUY "RENE"
I TOLD HIM OF HIS 60 OR 90 MIN LUNCHES
AND HOW A FEW TIMES HE WAS GONE OVER 2 HOURS
I TELL MARK ALL THIS AND HE SEZ ALL THIS OFFICE BS OF "RENE FEELS A COMFORT LEVEL THAT IS NOT THERE" AND HE AND THEY WILL HANDLE IT
BUT THAT IS NOT MY QUESTION
OKAY THOSE 4 OR 6 WEEKS AGO
I ALSO SAID "RENE IS PROVIDING ME WITH A SEXUALY CHARGED WORK ENVIRONMENT"
RENE USES THE SPANISH WORD "PEN NO CHE" ABOUT MANY OF THE WOMEN BEHIND THEIR BACKS
MARK SAID
"BY SAYING THAT BY LAW WE HAVE TO NOW INVESTIGATE"
HE ASKED SOME DETAILS AND SAID "LET ME GET THRU THIS DAY AND WE WILL HANDLE THIS"
THE NEXT DAY I TOLD MY BOSS (MARLENE)
SHE ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS AND BASICAlLY SAID
"LET ME GET WITH MARK BECAUSE, HE IS OFF"
"YOU ARE OFF TUES AND WED AND WE OR I WILL GET WITH YOU ON THURS"
THIS THURSDAY MEETING NEVER HAPPENED
AND IT HAS BEEN 5+ WEEKS AGO
DON'T THEY LEGALLY HAVE TO GET MY FULL STORY?
HOW CAN THEY BLOW ME OFF???

Sexual harresment in the work place IS illegal,if you feel is is happening to you ,first,tell the offender you think their behavior is inappropriate,hopfuly it will stop,in any case Document the incident,with place,time any wittnesses, fortunaly you have reported already you need to document that also ,who you reported to,time,the conversation you had ,did they take any action,ect. if you find no remedy consult an attorney, usually the frist consultation is free! GOOD LUCK, do not let it go by do something,talk to other possible victims, Sexual harass. is a BIG deal!!!!!

They are asking for a lawsuit, but they are probably just busy and will get with you when they have a chance. I wouldn't worry about it too much. If he isn't saying that directly to the girls, they don't know, and it isn't really your place to run and tell them. That just starts more and more office gossip and that is a bad thing. Focus on your work and not what your coworkers are doing and you will have a much more productive and enjoyable work day.

'Pen No Che' is not a Spanish word, or phrase. But 'panocha' means pussee. It would be wrong if he calls women that to their faces.
In your lazy bosses' eyes, if none of the women at your work complain of harassment, then it does not exist.
That sucks!

you keep going to your bosses about this guy so you've made it known it's become a personal thing if you keep on about it......you put up a flag so now just let them do their job and you do yours.
it's up to you to tell Rene you don't like his remarks
the boss can't fight all your battles for you
but as far as the boss, you reported it so you're off the hook.......let sleeping dogs lie
