Im not sure of the composition of liquid potpourri, but if it's pure oil, go for it. Just nothing with water added, or else you'll have crackles burning the wax later at best and possibly pockets of boiling water that could explode from the candle...not good.

Pure oil fragrances are cheap and easy to find--I like candlesupply.com. They'll also help you on there with things like how much to add, when to add it, etc. (and if all else fails, their live help is excellent!).
