I've only been to Walt Disney World in Florida, but these are my favorite rides/attractions at each of the four theme parks...
Disney's Animal Kingdom Park: Expedition Everest: Legend of the Forbidden Mountain
Disney-MGM Studios: Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
EPCOT: Test Track
Magic Kingdom: the Haunted Mansion
I love Walt Disney World so much, it's hard for me to limit my list!

I've only ever been to (and worked at!) Disneyland and California Adventure in Anaheim, California...But here are a list of my favorites from each park, in order:

i went to the orlando florida one and i liked a lot of the rides and there was one that had jewels in the ground and we could pull them out.i only got to pull out one though.
